1 Cup Macaroni & Cheese (Cooked)
4 Slices Potato Bread
4 Slices American Cheese
2 TBSP Butter
Butter one side of each slice of bread and on two of the slices, buttered side down, add one slice of American cheese and half of the cooked mac and cheese.
Top with another slice of cheese and the two remaining slices of bread, buttered side up.
Grill in a skillet or on a griddle over a medium heat until the bread turns golden brown, about 3 minutes per side.
Remove from the heat, slice in half and serve warm.
