2 Cups Mango (Frozen, Chopped)
1 Cup Greek Yogurt
1 TBSP Maple Syrup
1 TSP Vanilla Extract
1 Lime (Zested and Juiced)
In the bowl of a food processor, blend the mango, yogurt, maple syrup and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Stir in the lime juice and zest.
Serve immediately or place into a container with a tight fitting lid and store in freezer until ready to use.
