Mango And Avocado Breakfast Salad Recipe.


Ingredients:


4 Leaves Romaine Lettuce
1 Avocado (Pitted, Peeled and Sliced)
1 Mango (Pitted, Peeled and Sliced)
1/4 Red Onion (Sliced Thin)
4 Lime Wedges
1/4 TSP Salt
1/4 TSP Ground Black Pepper


Recipe Instructions:


Place the romaine lettuce on a plate.
Arrange 4 to 5 slices each of avocado and mango, alternating them in a row, onto each lettuce leaf.
Top each with a few slices of onion and then squeeze a lime wedge over each salad.
Season with salt and pepper and serve.
