Mango Fruit Syrup Recipe.


Ingredients:


6 Mangoes (Pitted, Peeled and Chopped)
1 Cup White Sugar


Recipe Instructions:


In a large glass bowl, add the chopped mango and sugar and mix to coat until all of the mango is covered in the white sugar.
Cover the bowl and allow the mixture to stand for 24 hours.
After 24 hours, drain the juice from the bowl of mango and add the remaining fruit to a cheesecloth and squeeze out the remaining fruit juice from the mango.
Add the juice to a medium pan, over medium-high heat and simmer for 10 minutes, while stirring constantly so the mixture reduces slightly.
Strain the liquid through a sieve to remove any impurities and stray fruit pieces, allow to cool and transfer to an air-tight bottle.
Place bottle in refrigerator for up to 2 months.
