3 Avocados (Pitted, Peeled and Chopped)
1/2 Cup Fresh Pineapple (Finely Chopped)
1/2 Cup Mango (Finely Chopped)
1 Jalapeno (Deseeded and Finely Chopped)
1/3 Cup Fresh Cilantro (Finely Chopped)
1/4 Cup Red Onion (Finely Chopped)
1 Lime (Zested and Juiced)
1 Clove of Garlic (Minced)
1 TSP Salt
1 TSP Ground Black Pepper
In a medium bowl, mash the avocado using the back of a fork until almost smooth.
Gently stir in the remaining ingredients.
Transfer to an air-tight container and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
