2 Slices Wholewheat Bread
2 Slices of Bacon (Cooked)
1 Cup Cheddar Jack Cheese (Shredded)
1/2 Avocado (Pitted, Peeled and Sliced)
1 TBSP Butter (Softened)
Butter one side of each slice of bread and sprinkle half of the cheese on the unbuttered side of one slice.
Place the cooked bacon and avocado on top of the cheese.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top of the bacon and avocado and top with the last slice of bread, unbuttered side down.
Grill in a skillet or on a griddle over a medium heat until the bread turns golden brown, about 3 minutes per side.
Remove from the heat, slice in half on the diagonal and serve warm.
