1 Whole Leg of Ham (On Bone)
1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
2 TBSP Dijon Mustard
2 TBSP Tamari
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients into a small glass bowl and mix until smooth.
Using a sharp knife, remove the skin of the ham and, once removed, score the fat with diagonal lines, being careful to cut the meat.
Brush glaze over all of the scored fat on the ham and place into the oven for 20 minutes.
Remove ham from oven and baste with the glaze and pan juices.
Turn oven temperature up to 400 degrees and return ham to the oven for another 10-15 minutes.
Remove ham from oven, slice and serve.
