1 Pizza Crust
3 TBSP Tomato Sauce
2 TBSP Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese (Grated)
1/4 Cup Mozzarella Cheese (1/4 Inch Cubed)
6 Fresh Basil Leaves (Ripped)
1 TSP Red Pepper Flakes
1 TBSP Olive Oil
Spread tomato sauce on top of pizza crust, sprinkle with Parmigiana Reggiano cheese, add the cubed mozzarella cheese and some of the ripped basil leaves then place in the oven until cheese has melted and golden brown.
Sprinkle remainder of the ripped basil leaves and red pepper flakes on pizza and drizzle with 1 TBSP olive oil.
