Bacon & Egg Breakfast Cups Recipe.


Ingredients:


12 Eggs
12 Pieces Maple Cured Bacon
1 TBSP Chopped Chives
Salt & Pepper to Taste


Recipe Instructions:


Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cook Bacon for about 5 minutes, so that it isn?t crispy.
Cool on paper towel.
Grease a 12-hole muffin tin.
Place one piece of bacon in each hole, wrapping it around the sides.
Crack one egg into each hole, top with chopped chives and add salt and pepper to taste.
Place muffin pan in oven to 15 minutes or until bacon is crispy and eggs are cooked fully.
