Mercy Recipe.

Ingredients:

1 1/4 Oz Ketel One Vodka
1/4 Oz Dry Vermouth
1/2 Freshly Squeezed Meyer Lemon
1 bar spoon Organic Agave Nectar
2 Dashes Orange Bitters

Recipe Instructions:

In a cocktail shaker, combine Ketel One Vodka, dry vermouth, juice of half of a Meyer lemon, organic agave nectar, and orange bitters with ice
.
Shake vigorously until the sound of the ice disappears
.
Pour into a martini glass using a cocktail strainer
.
Zest and rim the glass with the peel of the Meyer lemon
.
Garnish with a lemon peel and mint sprig.
