1 LB Ground Beef
3 TBSP Taco Seasoning
6 Eggs
1 Cup Heavy Cream
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese (Shredded, or a Mix of Cheeses)
In a large skillet, over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef, about 5-10 minutes.
Add the taco seasoning and stir to coat the ground beef evenly.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium glass bowl, combine the eggs, cream and seasons with salt and pepper to taste.
Mix well.
In a buttered pie pan, place the ground beef mixture, sprinkle with 3/4 of the shredded cheese and slowly pour the cream mixture over the ground beef and cheese.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-45 minutes until the center has set and the cheese has turned golden brown and a little crispy on the edges.
Remove from the oven and allow to sit for 5 minutes before serving.
