1 2/3 Cups Water
1 Cup Sugar
1 TBSP Honey
Food Coloring
1/2 Cup Water
10 TBSP Cornstarch
3 Cups Whole Milk
1 TSP Vanilla Extract
Place a heavy saucepan over a medium-high heat and add the water, sugar, honey and a few drops of food coloring.
Bring this to a boil, stirring constantly until the sugar has fully dissolved.
Turn off the heat, remove pan from the heat and allow to cool.
In another heavy pan, over medium heat, add the 1/2 cup of water, milk and cornstarch, whisking until fully combined.
Stir in the vanilla extract and continue to heat until boiling, reduce the heat to medium-low and continue cooking until the mixture reduces to a sticky consistency.
Divide the mixture into bowls and allow to cool completely.
Once set, drizzle the puddings with a little honey.
