1 LB Ground Beef
1 Cup Onion (Chopped)
2 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
1 TSP Worcestershire Sauce
2 Oz Cream Cheese
2 Eggs
1 TBSP Mustard
1/2 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)
1 Cup White Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)
1 TSP Salt
1 TSP Ground Black Pepper
3 Slices Bacon (Cooked and Crumbled)
1 Pickle (Sliced)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a skillet over medium-high heat, place the ground beef, add the onion, garlic, salt and pepper and using a spatula break the beef into chunks and cook until browned.
About 5-10 minutes.
Add the Worcestershire sauce and cream cheese, continue cooking over a medium heat until cream cheese has melted.
In a medium glass bowl, combine the eggs, 1/2 cup cheddar, 1/2 cup of white cheddar, heavy cream and mustard until evenly mixed.
Spray and 8x11 baking dish with cooking oil.
Pour the ground beef mixture into the dish and sprinkle the bacon crumbles and sliced pickles over the top.
Drizzle the egg and cheese mixture on top of the bacon and pickles.
Finally, sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar and 1/2 cup of white cheddar cheese on top and place in the preheated oven to 20-30 minutes until the cheese begins to bubble.
Remove from oven and cool for 5 minutes before serving.
