4 Sprigs of Mint (Leaves Only)
2 Sugar Cubes
2 1/2 Oz Bourbon Whiskey
1 Mint Sprig (Garnish)
Place mint leaves and sugar into a Collins glass and muddle well to release the mint oils and crush the sugar cubes.
Add bourbon to glass and fill with crushed ice, stir well until glass becomes frosty.
Garnish with a sprig of mint, a straw and enjoy!
