1/4 Cup Mint Leaves (Finely Chopped)
1/4 Cup Boiling Water
2 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar
2 TBSP Sugar
1/4 TSP Salt
1/8 TSP Ground Black Pepper
In a small glass bowl place the mint leaves.
Stir in water, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper until the sugar is dissolved.
Cover bowl and let mint sauce mixture steep for 45 minutes.
Once steeped, serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes before using.
