8 Slices Potato Bread
2 TBSP Butter
4 Slices Cheddar Cheese
8 Slices Applewood Smoked Bacon (Cooked)
4 Slices Monterey Jack Cheese
Butter one side of each slice of bread, lay four slices butter side down on a work surface and top with 1 Slice of cheddar cheese.
Place 2 slices of bacon on top of the cheddar cheese and top with a slice of Monterey jack cheese.
Finally, top with the remaining slices of bread, buttered side up.
Grill in a skillet or on a griddle over a medium heat until the bread turns golden brown, about 3 minutes per side.
Remove from the heat, slice in half on the diagonal and serve warm.
