1 TBSP Unflavored Gelatin
2 TBSP Cold Water
2 Cups Heavy Cream
1 Cup Half & Half
1/3 Cup Sugar
1/2 TBSP Espresso Powder
1/2 TBSP Cocoa Powder
1 1/2 TSP Vanilla Extract
In a small saucepan sprinkle gelatin over water and let stand for about 90 seconds to soften.
Heat gelatin mix over a lot heat until gelatin is dissolved and remove the pan from the heat.
In a large pan, bring cream, half & half, espresso, cocoa powder and sugar to a boil over a medium-high heat, stirring constantly.
Remove pan from heat and stir in gelatin mixture and vanilla extract.
Divide mixture into several ramekins and cool to room temperature.
Once cooled place covered ramekins in to the refrigerator for 3-4 hours or overnight.
