1/2 Cup Coconut Butter
3 TBSP Cacao Powder
1 TBSP Ground Coffee
1 TBSP Shredded Coconut (Unsweetened)
1 TBSP Stevia
In a medium pan over low heat, melt the coconut butter.
Add the cacao powder, ground coffee, shredded coconut and stevia and mix until well combined.
Spoon the mixture into an ice cube tray and place in the freezer for 3-4 hours.
To serve, remove from freezer and defrost.
