2 TBSP Olive Oil
1/2 LB Bacon (Chopped and Cooked)
3 Cups Frozen Hash Browns
6 Eggs (Whisked)
1/4 Cup Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)
1/2 TSP Garlic Salt
1/2 TSP Ground Black Pepper
In a large, non stock skillet over a medium heat add the bacon and cook until warmed through.
Add the frozen hash browns to the skillet and the garlic salt and cook until hash browns are tender, roughly 7 minutes.
Lower the temperature slightly and pour the whisked eggs over the potato and bacon mixture, stir to mix everything together evenly.
Cook stirring occasionally until the eggs are fully cooked.
Add the cheese and stir to combine.
Remove pan from the heat, allow to cool for a few minutes, serve in individual bowls.
