2 Oz of Bacon-Infused Bourbon or Rye Whiskey
1/2 Oz Maple Syrup
3 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
1 slice of Bacon for garnish
In a rocks glass add 3 Dashes of bitters and maple syrup and stir

Add whiskey and a large ice cube and stir again

Garnish with a slice bacon and serve

Bacon Infused Bourbon: Take one 750ml bottle of bourbon and remove 1/4 Cup Add 1/4 Cup of warm bacon grease to the bottle Cap and shake regularly over a 4 hour time period Chill in the fridge for 5 days Strain bourbon through a coffee filter Clean bottle and replace strained bourbon into the bottle Keeps ~ 6 months.
