3 TBSP Butter (Unsalted)
6 Slices Back Bacon
1 Crusty Roll (Halved and Toasted)
2 TBSP HP Sauce (or Steak Sauce)
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat 1 TBSP of butter.
Add bacon and cook, turning once until it has turned brown on both side and has a slight crisp (the bacon should still be flimsy).
Meanwhile, spread the remaining butter on the crusty roll, place bacon on bottom half and top with the HP (or steak) sauce.
Serve hot.
