8 Hot Dog Buns
1/4 Cup Red Onion (Finely Diced)
2 Cups Sauerkraut (Rinsed and Well Drained)
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until partially cooked but not crispy.
Remove bacon and set on paper towels to drain and cool slightly.
Wrap each hot dog with a strip of bacon, securing with toothpicks if needed.
Grill the bacon wrapped hot dogs over a medium heat for about 7 minutes or until bacon has crisped up and hot dogs are heated through thoroughly.
Serve hot dogs in buns with a sprinkle of red onion and serving of sauerkraut.
