1 Cup Butter (Melted)
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 TSP Vanilla Extract
2 Eggs
1 1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
1 TSP Baking Soda
1/2 TSP Salt
1 TSP Ground Cinnamon
3 Cups Oats
1 Cup Raisins
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, line a baking sheet with parchment paper set aside.
In a large glass bowl, cream together the sugar and butter until smooth and creamy.
Add the two eggs and vanilla extract, mix until evenly combined.
Add the flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon, mix to combine then add the oats and raisins, stirring to mix evenly.
Drop TSPs of the cookie dough onto the parchment lined baking sheet, leaving about 1-2" between each drop of dough to allow the cookies to expand as they cook.
Place cookies into the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to cool.
