1 3-5 LB Boneless Pork Loin Roast
2 Cloves of Garlic (Cut In Half)
1 TSP Seasoned Salt
1 TSP Ground Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 425 degrees and place a rack in a shallow, aluminum foil lined baking pan large enough to fit the pork roast.
Place pork loin on the rack and rub all sides with the sliced garlic then sprinkle evenly with seasoned salt and black pepper.
Roast the pork loin in the oven for 20-30 minutes per pound, or until the internal temperature reaches 145-160 degrees.
Tent the roast loosely with aluminum foil and allow it to rest for 10 minutes.
Slice and serve.
