1 Bunch of Asparagus (Ends Trimmed)
1 Clove of Garlic (Minced)
2 TBSP Olive Oil
1 TBSP Maple Syrup
1 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Ground Black Pepper
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside.
In a large glass bowl, combine the garlic, olive oil, maple syrup, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper until well mixed.
Put the asparagus on the lined baking sheet and evenly drizzle the olive oil and vinegar mixture over the asparagus spears.
Place the asparagus in the oven for 15 minutes or until softened, serve hot.
