1/2 Cup Almond Milk
1/4 Cup Fresh Blueberries (Or Defrosted Frozen)
1 TSP Maple Syrup
Place the oats, milk, blueberries and maple syrup into a glass mason jar with a tight fitting lid.
Shake vigorously for 30 seconds until well combined and place into the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight.
Serve chilled.
