Overnight Oats With Mixed Berries & Seeds Recipe.


Ingredients:


1/4 Cup Oats
1/2 Cup Low-Fat Yogurt
1/2 Cup Almond Milk
1 TBSP Mixed Seeds (Unsalted)
1/4 Cups Blackberries (Sliced)
1/4 Cups Raspberries
1/4 Cups Blueberries


Recipe Instructions:


Place oats, milk, yogurt, blackberries, raspberries and blueberries into a container with a tight-fitting lid, shake container lightly for 30 seconds to mix.
Place in refrigerator overnight.
Serve the next morning after sprinkling mixed seeds over the top.
