2 Slices Whole Wheat Bread
12 Pretzel Sticks
2 TSP Italian Seasoning
2 TSP Spicy Seasoning Blend
1/2 TSP Ground Black Pepper
2 Large Eggs (Beaten)
1 (14 Oz) Can of Salmon (Drained, Bones and Skin Removed)
1/2 Cup Onion (Finely Chopped)
1/3 Cup Green Pepper (Finely Chopped)
1 Jalapeno Pepper (Finely Chopped)
2 Cloves of garlic (Minced)
2 TBSP Olive Oil
In the bowl of a food processor place the whole wheat bread, pretzel sticks, Italian seasoning, spice seasoning and ground black pepper, pulse until well mixed and mixture looks like fine breadcrumbs.
In a separate medium glass bowl, place the eggs, salmon, onion, green pepper, jalapeno, garlic and 1/2 of the crumb mixture and mix until evenly combined.
Shape mixture into 8 1/2" thick patties and coat with remaining breadcrumb mixture.
Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet over a medium heat.
Add patties 1 or 2 at a time and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side.
