4 Cups Cauliflower Rice
1/3 Cup Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
1 TBSP Fresh Lemon Juice
1 TBSP Olive Oil
1/4 TSP Salt
1/4 TSP Ground Black Pepper
In a large non-stick skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and heat until beginning to shimmer, add in the cauliflower rice and cook for 8 minus until beginning to get tender.
Fluff with a fork, stir in the grated cheese, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and ground black pepper until well mixed.
Fluff once more with a fork and serve immediately while hot.
