Parmesan Crusted Chicken Breast Recipe.


Ingredients:


4 Chicken Breasts (Boneless, Skinless)
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Ground Black Pepper
1 Sprig Fresh Rosemary (Leaves removed and minced)
1 Cup Parmesan Cheese (Zested)
2 Eggs (Beaten)
1 Cup Panko Breadcrumbs
1/4 Olive Oil (For Frying)


Recipe Instructions:


On a cutting board, place chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper on both sides.
Set up 3 shallow bowls.
In the first add zested parmesan cheese.
In the second add the eggs and rosemary leaves and the third the panko breadcrumbs.
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat with the olive oil in it.
Take a chicken breast and dredge in the parmesan cheese on both sides, next the egg and rosemary mixture and finally the panko, shaking off any excess egg and breadcrumbs.
Add chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side or until the chicken is cooked thoroughly.
