2 TBSP Butter (Unsalted)
2 TBSP All Purpose Flour
Pinch of Ground Nutmeg
1 1/2 Cups Whole Milk
1/2 Cup Flat-Leaf Parsley (Chopped)
In a medium saucepan, over medium heat, melt the butter until it begins to foam.
Add flour and nutmeg, cook while stirring for 2 minutes.
Gradually add the milk whisking until the mixture is smooth and combined.
Cook another 3-4 minutes until milk mixture begins to thicken.
Season with salt and pepper, stir to combine, add parsley and serve warm.
