4 Cups Brewed Tea
1 1/2 Cups White Sugar
4 Passion Fruit (Pulp Removed)
4 Sprigs Fresh Mint
To a one gallon pitcher, add the sugar and pour over the brewed tea, top up with enough water to make 1 gallon.
Add the passion fruit pulp and mint sprigs and stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.
Cover pitcher and place in the refrigerator to chill for 1 hour.
Serve over ice and garnish with mint sprigs.
