1 LB Rotini Pasta (Cooked, Drained and Rinsed)
2 Cups Broccoli Florets (Chopped and Cooked)
1 Red Bell Pepper (Stemmed, Seeded and Chopped)
1 Yellow Bell Pepper (Stemmed, Seeded and Chopped)
1/2 Red Onion (Peeled and Thinly Sliced)
1 Cup Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
1/4 Cup Italian Dressing
In a large glass bowl, add the cooked pasta, broccoli, bell peppers, red onion and parmesan cheese.
Drizzle with the Italian dressing and toss to evenly combine.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes prior to serving.
