1 Cup Yellow Split Peas (Soaked Overnight)
2 Cups Filtered Water
3 Dates
1/2 TBSP Oil (Hemp, Avocado, Vegetable, Etc)
1 TBSP Vanilla Extract
Drain split peas and cook over medium-high heat in 2 cups of water until soft.
In a high-speed blender, add cooked peas, dates, oil and vanilla extract and process until smooth.
Add filtered water and blend for 30 to 60 seconds until combined.
Strain mixture through a cheesecloth or sieve into a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid and store in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
