1 1/2 Cups Peaches (Peeled, Pitted and Chopped)
1/2 Cup Ketchup
1 TSP Chili Powder
2 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
1" Fresh Ginger (Minced)
2 TBSP Lemon Juice
1 TSP Soy Sauce
1/2 TSP Ground Cinnamon
Pinch of Sea Salt
Pinch of Ground Black Pepper
In a medium saucepan, over medium-high heat, add all of the ingredients and bring to a rolling boil, stirring constantly.
Once a rolling boil has been reached, lower the heat to low and allow the sauce mixture to simmer for 20 minutes.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and allow the sauce to completely cool before transferring to a blender and pureeing until smooth.
Once smooth, transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to use.
