Peach Panna Cotta Recipe.


Ingredients:


1 TBSP Unflavored Gelatin
2 TBSP Cold Water
2 Cups Heavy Cream
1 Cup Half & Half
1/3 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Fresh Peaches (Pit Removed, Peeled & Chopped)
1 1/2 TSP Vanilla Extract


Recipe Instructions:


Place the sliced peaches in a blender and puree until very smooth, set aside.
In a small saucepan sprinkle gelatin over water and let stand for about 90 seconds to soften.
Heat gelatin mix over a lot heat until gelatin is dissolved and remove the pan from the heat.
In a large pan, bring cream, half & half and sugar to a boil over a medium-high heat, stirring constantly.
Remove pan from heat and stir in gelatin mixture and vanilla extract.
Take equal spoonsful of peach puree and place in the bottom of several ramekins equally then, divide panna cotta mixture into several ramekins and cool to room temperature.
Once cooled place covered ramekins in to the refrigerator for 3-4 hours or overnight.
