1/2 Cup Butter (Unsalted, Softened)
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter (Smooth)
3 TBSP Heavy Cream
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
In a large, clean glass bowl, add the butters and using an electric hand mixer, beat both butters together for 4-5 minutes on medium-high.
Add in the powdered sugar and 1 TBSP of the heavy cream and beat again for 3-4 minutes until the sugar is fully incorporated.
If the buttercream frosting seems to thick, add a little more of the cream, 1 TSP at a time and beat to combine.
Use immediately.
