Baked Bacon And Egg Cups Recipe.


Ingredients:


6 Large Eggs
6 Slices of Bacon
3 Oz Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Ground Black Pepper


Recipe Instructions:


Grease a muffin tin with butter.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Wrap a slice of bacon around the inside of each muffin Tin.
Crack an egg into each of the muffin tins and top with a little of the shredded cheese, salt and pepper.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until the middle of the egg is firm.
Allow to cool for 5 minutes, remove the bacon and egg cup from tin with a spatula and serve immediately.
