4 Eggs
1 TBSP Butter (Unsalted)
1 TBSP Pesto
1/4 Cup Milk
Pinch of Ground Black Pepper
In a medium glass bowl, beat the eggs, milk and pepper until frothy and combined.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat, add the butter and melt, next add the egg mixture and using a silicone spatula, move the eggs from one side of the skillet to the other in a singular back and forth motion while adding the pesto.
Once eggs are scrambled to your desired consistency, remove from skillet and serve hot.
