4 LBs Chicken Wings
1 Cup Pickle Juice
2 TBSP Bourbon
2 TBSP Honey
1 TBSP Brown Sugar
1/2 TSP Onion Powder
1/2 TSP Paprika
1/2 TSP Cayenne Pepper
Pinch of Salt,
Pinch of Ground Black Pepper
2 TBSP Fresh Dill (Chopped)
1 Cup Pickles (Sliced)
In a large glass bowl, combine the pickle juice and chicken wings.
Place in refrigerator to marinate for 2 hours.
Drain and pat dry.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a metal rack on top.
In a small glass bowl, whisk together the bourbon, honey, brown sugar and spices, add a little salt and pepper.
Pour the bourbon honey sauce over the wings in a large glass bowl and toss to coat.
Then transfer wings in a single layer onto the baking rack and place in oven for 60 minutes until nice and crispy.
Transfer cooked chicken wings to a serving dish, sprinkle with chopped fresh dill and pickle slices, enjoy!
