1 Cup Coconut Milk
3/4 Cup Pineapple (Chopped)
1 TSP Vanilla Extract
1/4 Cup Chia Seeds
1 TSP Maple Syrup
2 TBSP Coconut Flakes
Place all ingredients in to a mason jar, screw lid on top, shake vigorously to mix until well combined.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight and consume!
