Baked Egg And Avocado Recipe.


Ingredients:


4 TSP Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
1 Scallion (Sliced)
Pinch of Ground Black Pepper
1/4 TSP Paprika
2 Avocados (Pitted and Halved)
4 Eggs


Recipe Instructions:


Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
Place avocado halves in the baking dish and crack an egg into each half.
Season with ground black pepper and paprika and place in the preheated oven to 20-25 minutes or until the eggs are firm and cooked.
Remove from the oven and serve warm.
