3 Cups Water
1 Cup White Sugar
2 Cups Fresh Pineapple (Chopped)
Over high heat, in a medium-sized pan, bring the sugar and water to a boil until the sugar has fully dissolved, stirring constantly.
Remove the pan from the heat and allow to cool fully.
In the jug of a blender, add the pineapple and sugar water and process until smooth, you will need to do this in several batches.
Pour the blended fruit mixture to an air-tight container, seal and chill for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator.
Transfer the chilled mixture to a freezer proof container and freeze until ready to use.
Enjoy frozen.
