1 TBSP Maple Syrup
1/2 Cup Pistachios (Unsalted, Shelled, Chopped)
10 Dried Apricot Halves (Chunked)
In a medium glass bowl, combine the yogurt and maple syrup until well mixed, divide yogurt between 4 serving glasses, top with equal amounts of pistachio and apricot.
