1 TBSP white wine vinegar

Crack the egg into a small bowl.
Bring a medium pot of water to a gentle boil.
Add the vinegar and stir the water so that it moves in a circular motion.
Gently drop the egg into the water, give the water one more gentle stir, and cook 3 1/2 to 4 minutes.
Scoop the egg out with a slotted spoon and test for doneness, and serve.
