4 Salmon Filets
2 Cups Water
1 Cup White Wine
1 Medium Onion (Sliced)
1 Celery Stalk (Sliced)
1 Medium Carrot (Sliced)
2 TBSP Lemon Juice
3 Sprigs Fresh Thyme
1 Sprig Fresh Rosemary
1 Bay Leaf
1/4 TSP Ground Black Pepper
In a 3-quart slow cooker place the water, wine, onion, celery, carrot, lemon juice, thyme, rosemary and pepper and cook while covered for 45 minutes over medium heat.
Carefully place the 4 salmon filets into the mixture and cook for an additional 30-40 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Remove salmon from the cooking liquid and serve.
