1 TBSP Olive Oil
1 TBSP Water
1 TSP Red Wine Vinegar
1 1/2 TSP Garlic Powder
1/2 TSP Dried Basil
1/2 TSP Dried Rosemary
1/2 TSP Dried Oregano
1/2 TSP Ground Black Pepper
1 (15oz) Package of Firm Tofu (Sliced into 8)
In a small baking dish whisk together the oil, water, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, herbs and pepper.
Place the tofu slices in the baking dish and marinate for 30 minutes, making sure to turn the slices after 15 minutes to evenly marinate.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Transfer the tofu slices to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Rub any remaining marinade from the baking dish onto the slices of tofu.
Bake tofu slices for 30-45 minutes, flipping the tofu slices over half-way through cooking.
Serve hot over pasta or salad.
