1 1/2 LB Pork Tenderloin
2 TBSP Water
1/3 Cup Dates (Pitted)
1/4 TSP Onion Powder
1/4 TSP Paprika
2 TBSP Mustard
Pinch Ground Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In the bowl of a food processor, add the dates, water, mustard, paprika, onion powder and ground black pepper and pulse to blend well.
Add the pork tenderloin to an ovenproof roasting pan, coat tenderloin with the date sauce and place in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
Once cooked, remove from oven, slice and serve with date sauce.
