4 Chicken Breasts (Boneless, Skinless)
1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
2 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 TSP Dried Basil
1 TSP Dried Oregano
1/4 TSP Salt
1 Large Lemon (Sliced Thinly)
In a gallon sized resealable plastic bag, place the chicken breasts, lemon juice, olive oil, basil, oregano and salt.
Seal bag and shake well to cover chicken with the mixture.
Place in refrigerator for 4-8 hours to marinate.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Remove chicken from the marinade bag and place on a foil lined baking sheet, discard any remaining marinade.
Place lemon slices on top of chicken.
Cook chicken in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.
Serve hot.
