Prairie Jalapeno Cucumber Mule Recipe.

Ingredients:

2 Oz Prairie Organic Cucumber Flavored Vodka
3 Oz Ginger Beer
1 Jalape?o
Cucumber Slices (for garnish)

Recipe Instructions:

Slice jalape?o and remove seeds, if desired
.
Muddle jalape?o in bottom of shaker
.
Add Prairie Organic Cucumber Vodka and ice to cocktail shaker
.
Shake and strain into lowball glass filled with ice cubes
.
Top off with ginger beer and stir before serving
.
Garnish with cucumber.
